2021 Kia Soul in Moosic, PA
Not all subcompact crossover SUVs look the same. A lot do, but one that bucks the trend and continues in defiance of most crossover designs is the Kia Soul. Now more than ten years old, the Kia Soul has evolved to keep up with the rapidly changing automotive world. For 2021, the Kia Soul makes a few adjustments over the redesign from the previous model year.
Eliminating the tiger-nose grille may seem like an odd choice considering how Kia has made it a point to use the shape on every Kia model until recently. The advantage is that the Kia Soul looks sportier than before, and the horizontal line design mixed with the flat headlights accentuates the boxy nature of the vehicle. Mechanically, little has changed over the last year, as the chart below shows. This chart includes specifications and available features for the 2021 Kia Soul.

Model Analysis
The outer design of the 2021 Kia Soul may be a bit unusual, but for some people, it’s the kind of quirky and weird they just want to have in their lives. The cargo space is always a plus, and the second engine option provides a lot of engine power for the relatively tiny package that the Kia Soul is. Getting the fully-loaded Turbo trim means you get almost all the features you can fit into the Kia Soul.
