Can I Get My Car Serviced During Social Distancing?

Although regular business is closed at Performance Kia, our Parts and Service Department remains open by appointment only, so people who need new parts, repairs, or maintenance on their vehicle can still get it done. Keep in mind that services can only be carried out by appointment, and walk-ins are not accepted until the pandemic passes and regular business is allowed to resume as before. 

How to Make an Appointment with the Parts and Services Department 

It’s easy to set up an appointment. Call 570-457-6600 and schedule a time to bring your vehicle to the service center. Please take note, however, that since the showroom is closed, there is no lobby or waiting room for anyone who does bring their car in. We strongly encourage anyone who makes an appointment to have a way to return home while your car is being serviced. Feel free to mention any other questions or concerns you may have at that time as well.

When Will Performance Kia Reopen? 

At this point, we can’t answer that question with any certainty. We are preparing to reopen when it safe to do so with clean, sanitized facilities. There is still plenty that you can do online to shop for your next car, and you are always welcome to call, chat online, or message a representative of our dealership through “Send Us a Message” portion of our “Contact Us” page.
