What is the difference between the Kia Rio 4-door and the Kia Rio 5-door you ask? Well the Kia Rio 5-door is the hatchback style, it comes with more cargo capacity, it has standard Rear Window Wipers, and the 60/40 Split Folding Rear Seats are available on all trims. Today we are going to focus on the 5-door version, although much of what we go over will apply to both versions. For starters, the 2018 Kia Rio 5-door gets an EPA estimated 29 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway with a Manual transmission. The Automatic transmission version only gets one less mpg in the city and the same on the highway.

That’s just a little basic information to get you started, but there is a lot more to learn about the 2018 Kia Rio 5-door vehicle. Stay with us to learn about features and specifications on the 2018 Kia Rio 5-door.

Safety features are important, but they aren’t the only factor in a reliable vehicle. It is also important to have an extensive warranty, so that parts can be replaced for low cost down the road. The 2018 Kia Rio is covered by an amazing ten-year or 100,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. That is three times longer than most warranties. You won’t have to worry about this warranty running out too soon, and that’s a valuable reassurance.

Kia vehicles from the 2008 model year and newer are covered under this warranty program. We have many Kia vehicle options and encourage everyone to come to Performance Kia to check out inventory.
